1. What are AI/ML API credits?

AI/ML API credits are a unified currency used to access more than 400 AI models. These credits allow seamless interaction with different models without the need to account for individual pricing structures. Your balance is funded in USD and converted to credits at a rate of 2,000,000 AI/ML API credits = $1, simplifying integration and usage.

2. Do you offer a free plan?

No, we don’t offer a free plan. Pricing is usage-based, so you only pay for what you use.


3. How can I cancel my subscription?

There is no subscription to cancel. New users are on a pay-as-you-go plan with no recurring fees. You add funds to your balance, and usage is billed as you make API calls.

You can disable auto top-ups at any time in your account settings.

Top-ups are non-refundable.


4. What is your refund policy?

5. What are Bonus credits?

Bonus credits are currently paused.


6. What is an Addon?

An Addon is a feature that automatically refills your credit balance when it runs out.

8. How can I unsubscribe from emails?

You have 2 options:

  • Click the unsubscribe link at the bottom of any email you receive from us.
  • Contact our support team through the Help Center:
    • Go to AI Playground and click the chat icon in the bottom-right corner
    • Write "Request to be removed from our mailing list" and include your email address

9. Where can I find my invoices?

Invoices are available in the billing portal: Plans → Billing portal.

10. What payment methods are supported?

We accept:

  • Credit and debit cards
  • PayPal
  • Cryptocurrency

Prepaid and gift cards are not supported.


11. How is data privacy ensured?

We follow strict data protection standards as outlined in our Privacy Policy and Terms & Conditions. API request data may be reviewed solely for service improvements and security compliance.


12. Are there any API usage limits?

Usage limits depend on your plan:

  • Pay As You Go: 18,000 API requests per hour.

13. Do you have a startup program?

No, we don't have a startup program.


14. Do you offer annual plans?

15. How is query data handled in terms of privacy and security?

User query data is not used for training, model fine-tuning, or shared with third parties. We ensure the confidentiality of information by adhering to strict data protection measures.
