Managing Your Subscription
1. What are AI/ML API Tokens?
AI/ML API Tokens are a unified currency used to access over 200 AI models. These tokens allow seamless interaction with different models without the need to account for individual pricing structures. Your balance is funded in USD and converted to tokens at a rate of 2,000,000 AI/ML API Tokens = $1, simplifying integration and usage.
2. Do you offer a free plan?
Yes, we provide a free Developer plan that includes 10 API requests per hour. This plan is designed for users to explore the platform's capabilities. For more details, visit our documentation.
3. How can I cancel my subscription?
You can cancel your subscription anytime through the billing portal:
- For Startup and Scale plans:
- If the subscription is inactive, click Upgrade, then Billing portal, and select Cancel subscription.
- If the subscription is active, click Manage plan, then Billing portal, and choose Cancel subscription.
- For the Production plan:
- Click Manage plan, go to Billing portal, and select Cancel subscription.
Your subscription remains active until the end of the current billing cycle. To avoid charges for the next period, cancel at least 24 hours before your next billing date. Subscription fees are non-refundable.

5. What are Bonus Tokens?
Bonus Tokens are additional AI/ML API Tokens granted with certain subscription plans:
- Production — +10% Bonus Tokens
- Scale — +20% Bonus Tokens
- Growth Crypto — +25% Bonus Tokens
They are automatically added with each payment, allowing you to make more API requests without extra charges.
6. What is an Addon?
An Addon is an optional feature that automatically refills your token balance when depleted. If enabled, it will charge ~5% of your initial payment amount to ensure uninterrupted API access.

9. Where can I find my invoices?
Invoices are available in the billing portal:
- For Startup and Scale plans: Upgrade → Billing portal.
- For the Production plan: Manage plan → Billing portal.
10. What payment methods are supported?
We accept the following payment methods:
- Credit and debit cards
- PayPal
- Cryptocurrency (only available for Growth Crypto)
Prepaid and gift cards are not supported.
11. How is data privacy ensured?
We follow strict data protection standards as outlined in our Privacy Policy and Terms of Use. API request data may be reviewed solely for service improvements and security compliance.
12. Are there any API usage limits?
Usage limits depend on your plan:
- Developer: 10 API requests per hour.
- Startup: Pay-as-you-go.
- Production: Fixed monthly API request limit.
- Scale: Increased monthly API request limit.
- Growth Crypto: Same as Scale but paid in cryptocurrency.
Unused tokens do not roll over to the next billing cycle. If you exceed your token limit, an Addon may automatically charge ~5% of your initial payment amount to maintain service.
