Managing Your Subscription
1. What are AI/ML API credits?
AI/ML API credits are a unified currency used to access more than 400 AI models. These credits allow seamless interaction with different models without the need to account for individual pricing structures. Your balance is funded in USD and converted to credits at a rate of 2,000,000 AI/ML API credits = $1, simplifying integration and usage.
2. Do you offer a free plan?
Yes, we provide 2 free tiers with different limitations, based on whether your account has finished the verification process. They are designed for users to explore the platform's capabilities. For more details, visit: What models can I work with for free?
3. How can I cancel my subscription?
You can cancel your subscription at anytime by navigating to the Plans section and clicking Downgrade on the Free plan.
Your subscription remains active until the end of the current billing cycle. To avoid charges for the next period, cancel at least 24 hours before your next billing date.
Subscription payments are non-refundable.

5. What are Bonus credits?
Bonus credits are additional AI/ML API credits granted with certain subscription plans:
- Growth Crypto — +25% Bonus credits
They are automatically added with each payment, allowing you to make more API requests without extra charges.
6. What is an Addon?
An Addon is a feature that automatically refills your credit balance when it runs out.
It will charge approximately 5% of your initial payment amount to ensure uninterrupted API access.

8. How can I unsubscribe from emails?
You have 2 options:
- Click the unsubscribe link at the bottom of any email you receive from us.
- Contact our support team through the Help Center:
- Go to AI Playground and click the chat icon in the bottom-right corner
- Write "Request to be removed from our mailing list" and include your email address
9. Where can I find my invoices?
Invoices are available in the billing portal:
- If you are currently on a paid plan: Manage plan → Billing portal.
- If you are currently on Free plan: Upgrade → Billing portal.

10. What payment methods are supported?
We accept:
- Credit and debit cards
- PayPal
- Cryptocurrency (available only for the Growth Crypto plan)
Prepaid and gift cards are not supported.
11. How is data privacy ensured?
We follow strict data protection standards as outlined in our Privacy Policy and Terms & Conditions. API request data may be reviewed solely for service improvements and security compliance.
12. Are there any API usage limits?
Usage limits depend on your plan:
- Free tier: 10 API requests per hour to a limited range of models (Gemma 3 4b, Gemma 3 12b, Gemma 3n 4b)
- Free: 10 API requests per hour to FREE models, 10 requests per day on models with a request cost that does not exceed $0.025 or 50,000 credits.
- Pay As You Go: 18,000 API requests per hour.
- Growth Crypto: 25,000 requests per hour and paid in cryptocurrency.
Unused credits do not roll over to the next billing cycle. If you exceed your credit limit, an Addon will automatically charge ~5% of your initial payment amount to maintain service.

14. Do you offer annual plans?

15. How is query data handled in terms of privacy and security?
User query data is not used for training, model fine-tuning, or shared with third parties. We ensure the confidentiality of information by adhering to strict data protection measures.
