How can I request a VAT tax refund?

Please send us a message via the chat widget in the bottom right corner of the screen on our AI Playground help center. In your message, please include "Request for VAT exemption." Don't forget to provide your payment details (name, email address, and billing address) so we can process your request more quickly.

You can update your VAT information in two ways:

1. Directly in your billing portal:
   • Access the Stripe billing portal
   • Update your VAT information in the settings
2. Through our Help Center:
   • Go to AI Playground and access the support chat on the sidebar at the bottom.
   • Send us a message with the text "Request for VAT exemption."
   • Include your billing information (name, email, and billing address)
3. You can also create a ticket in the Help Center, providing your email and a message with the text "Request for VAT exemption" and include your payment information (name and payment address).

Once updated, you'll be able to download invoices with your VAT information directly from the billing portal.
