Do I have to pay for unsuccessful requests?

If the request was unclear or incorrectly worded, credits will not be spent. Credits are only deducted when the request is made correctly and a response is received from our service.

However, if the issue originates with the model provider rather than with a malformed request, it is outside our control, and credits may still be charged.
