We mixed up the support chat and the playground.

If you accidentally used the Playground instead of the support chat (or vice versa), follow these steps:

1. Make sure you are in the correct section.
2. The Playground is designed for testing models, not for communication with support.
3. To contact support, use the widget in the bottom right corner.
4. If you accidentally sent a request to the wrong section, please resend it to the correct one.
