How to create an API key?
To use the AI/ML API, you need to create an account and generate an API key.
AI/ML API keys are not tied to a specific model or provider, so you can use a single key to access all the models we offer.
Follow these steps:
- You can read how to create an account here: Creating a Personal Account.
- To create an API key, log in and go to the API keys section, click the Create API Key button, and give it a name. After that, you can start using it immediately.
Keys don’t expire. You can create multiple keys for different projects or processes.
Other available actions for any key in the list (click the three dots next to the corresponding entry):
- Edit the API key:
- name,
- limits,
- limit reset period,
- the endpoints allowed to be called with this key.
- View usage records associated with this key (redirects to the Billing tab).
- View log entries associated with this key (redirects to the Logs tab).
- Disable this key (temporarily deactivate it without deleting it). You can re-enable it later and continue using the same key.
- Delete the key (completely deletes the key (but it will still be displayed in the Dashboard statistics).
