How do I check my payments and invoices?

How to check your charges?

First, log in to your account. You will be redirected to the Playground.

Then navigate to the Plans section.

Find Billing portal.

Here you can see which payment method you currently have linked (if any), verify and update the billing information, and download receipts for each transaction.

To download a receipt, select the desired payment.

On this page, you can view the transaction details and download the invoice and the receipt.

If Payment Fails

If the payment fails, the invoice stays at the top of the screen until the payment is successfully completed.
